Team applications for the VIP Tournament will accepted until September 9, 2011. Teams will be notified of acceptance into the tournament no later than the week of September 26, 2011.

Fees (includes all referee fees):

US Club Soccer Teams - May participate in the VIP Tournament with properly validated 2011-2012 US Club Soccer team rosters

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds of tournament fees except to teams not accepted into the tournament. Full refunds will be given to all teams not accepted into the tournament no later than October 1, 2011.

There will be no refunds for partial cancellation of the tournament for any reason.  In the event of a full tournament cancellation (no games played), the tournament intends to make partial refunds of team application fees. The amount to be refunded, if any, will be determined at that time.

In the event of a tournament cancellation the VIP Tournament would like to be able to provide significant refunds to all teams. Unfortunately, non-refundable expenses incurred by the VIP Tournament prevent the tournament from providing significant refunds to the teams participating in the tournament.

The tournament staff will make every effort to seed teams in brackets, divisions and age groups to provide competitive levels of play for every team. The VIP Tournament reserves the right to seed a team in any age group, sex, division, or bracket of play. No refund will be provided to teams seeded outside of their "normal" age, gender or skill level bracket. No refund will be provided the event of a forfeiture or disqualification of an opponent.

Teams found to have misrepresented their proper age or gender after acceptance into the tournament may be removed from the tournament without refund.

Teams coached by coaches with multiple teams in the tournament will not be provided with any refunds due to game scheduling conflicts between the multiple teams entered in the tournament.
