The Great Falls Soccer Club (GFSC) Travel program provides an opportunity for boys and girls to participate in a competitive youth soccer environment that promotes excellence and sportsmanship. GFSC currently fields numerous boys and girls travel teams in the U9 through U19 age groups and we are actively seeking more players to join the club.

Try us and Love Us:
Our travel teams conduct open training sessions year round that are available to your children from the U9 through U19 age groups. We welcome you to try us out.  Drop in for a winter practice or a spring practice before the official spring tryouts so you can see for yourself why parents and players alike love Great Falls Soccer Club.

Travel Program Overview:
Travel teams train two/three times per week and play games primarily on Sundays, with some Saturday games throughout each season and each team plays one to two tournaments each season.

GFSC travel teams compete in one of three leagues: Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGS), National Capital Area Soccer League (NCSL) or Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL). Numerous GFSC players also participate in the Olympic Development Program (ODP) at the Academy, District, State, Regional and even National Team levels for US Youth Soccer.

Our Coaches:
GFSC prides itself on providing dedicated coaches and staff who will provide individual attention and monitoring of player development which is a luxury we provide due to the optimal size of our club.

All GFSC travel coaches are nationally licensed and offer training programs that focus on a variety of technical, tactical and physical areas, specific to age, positions and requirements of the game.

Training sessions cover a wide variety of skills including first touch, individual foot skills, 1v1, tactical awareness, coordination, speed and quickness training with the ball. GFSC also offers year round private goalkeeper, striker and defender training to all youth players regardless of the club they play for.

If you are interested in any specific team or age group, the club will direct you to that coach and manager so that we can invite your child out to a training session.

GFSC has two wonderful turf fields, a Bermuda grass field and numerous other grass fields and access to indoor facilities at its resources truly allowing for year round play.
